Optima Medical has been announced as the “Natus International Distributor of the Year”
Optima Medical has just been announced by Natus as their “International Distributor of the Year”. Eamon Razvi, Managing Director, who received the award in Germany on behalf of the Optima team said “Natus have over 300 international distributors in over 100 countries worldwide, so to win this award is really a great honour for us.”
Natus Medical Incorporated (Natus) provides healthcare products used in areas such as hearing impairment, neurological dysfunction, epilepsy, sleep disorders and certain newborn conditions. The Company develops, manufactures and markets neurodiagnostic and newborn care products to healthcare professionals in over 100 countries. Its product offerings include neurodiagnostic systems for audiology, neurology, polysomnography, and neonatology, as well as newborn care products such as hearing screening systems, phototherapy devices for the treatment of newborn jaundice, head-cooling products for the treatment of brain injury in newborns and software systems for managing and tracking disorders and diseases for public health laboratories.
On November 29, 2007, Natus acquired Excel-Tech Ltd. based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.

In 2009, we will be celebrating 10 years in business. In that time Optima Medical has grown to become a leading supplier of neurodiagnostic equipment to hospitals throughout the UK and Ireland.
To thank our customers and the whole neurophysiology community, we will be hosting a champagne drinks reception at the ANS spring conference in London.
